Excitement and thrills are not only guaranteed on the snow, a new highlight awaits visitors to the Winter Village at the bett1.de Biathlon World Team Challenge on Saturday, December 28: the first Biathlon Darts World Championship.
A total of 16 teams of four players compete against each other in a tournament format. In each round, two teams compete and throw at a biathlon-like target specially designed for this competition. The aim is to place as many arrows as possible in the target area. But beware: not only precision is required here, but also speed. If there is a tie at the end of a round, the best time is decisive.
Anyone who would like to have an unforgettable experience with their family or friends is therefore very welcome. Whether you're new to darts or a winter sports fan - everyone can take part. Fun and team spirit are definitely in the foreground here.

A team consists of four players, with only one person from the team registering. The registration fee is 25 euros per player and includes a ticket in the upper tier of the VELTINS-Arena for the WTC as well as an exclusive biathlon start number jersey. Upon receipt of the registration, the participant will receive all further information on the confirmation page in the browser.
There will be a separate lounge area in the winter village where participants can warm up and prepare for their games in the biathlon darts arena. A preliminary and an intermediate round will be played. The finalists will then compete for first place. The tournament is expected to start at around 1 pm and end at 5 pm with the award ceremony.
Registration is now open at biathlon-aufschalke.de. It's worth being quick, as places are limited. In addition to the tournament, the winter village will once again offer delicious mulled wine, winter snacks and an incomparable atmosphere in a magical setting.
