• Before the guests arrive, the employee has to stand in front of his/her box door! Here it is important that the employees stand neatly at the door and have a smile on their lips.
• We greet our guests with a hearty "Glückauf" or "Herzliche Willkommen"
• All guests are greeted.
• Always an upright posture and an open attitude towards the guest
• No crossed arms, leaning on the bar, table, door or similar.
• Please smile and communicate politely with guests
• There is never a "no"; instead: "Please wait a moment, I will make enquiries."
• Stay proactive and visible in the guest area
• Avoid idle times by working with foresight
• Clearing dirty dishes
• If you have any questions, please contact the responsible OC
• Explaining the OR code menu to guests
• Please sign out at the OK to go to the toilet
• The box should be prepared according to the checklist.

Your NO GO behavior!

• No lingering in other people's boxes.
• No private cell phone use at work.
• Don't be intrusive, respect the privacy of the box tenants.
• Tipping is a voluntary service provided by the box tenant.

With the inserts and the prepared black square trays, you go to your serving station and pick up waffles and currywurst. You will get new inserts there. You keep your rugs in the box. Set program W 1 for the waffles and program W 2 for the currywurst.

Boxes 1 through 12 = North Wing
Boxes 1 through 24 = Center Aisle, Box Level 1
Boxes 25 through 36 = South Wing

Boxes 101 through 112 = North Box Office
Boxes 113 through 124 = Center Aisle, Box Level 2
Boxes 125 through 136 = South Box Office

When you have collected your currywurst and waffles, put the inserts back on the K-pots, push the lids back on and set the program. If anything is unclear, please contact the OC immediately.
