There are no checkrooms or lockers for unauthorized items. At soccer matches, however, they can be taken into custody by the club for the duration of the event and collected again at the ticket office. The club is not liable for stored items. For events, please check our website specifically for each event.
Tickets can be purchased in three ways: 1.) Online at tickets.schalke04.de 2.) By telephone on 0209 | 97751877. The hotline is available Mon.-Fri. from 9 am to 6 pm. 3.) At the counter of the S04-ServiceCenter on the club grounds, Mon.-Fri. from 9 am to 6 pm.

It is not possible to return tickets, nor is it possible to take out ticket insurance through us. Season tickets or individual tickets for soccer matches can be offered for sale on S04's own ticket exchange. More information can be found here.
