Stadium visitors can pay their parking fees for lots B through E either at several on-site payment kiosks, entirely digitally via QR code, or through the APCOA Flow app. The parking fee is 10 euros starting two hours before kickoff. If you arrive earlier, you don’t need to do anything and will continue to pay nothing.

Fans do not receive parking tickets when entering the parking lot; instead, their license plate number is automatically recorded by cameras. It is recommended to pay immediately after entering the car park.

During major events at the VELTINS-Arena, the cost of parking in the public parking lots (B–C) is 20 euros.

FC Schalke 04 is working with Park & Control (a subsidiary of APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH) to switch to digital processing. The service provider will also be used if the parking fee is not paid. In the event of non-payment of the parking fee, a payment request of 35 euros will be issued. The owner of the vehicle is identified via a license plate recording and then notified by letter.

Stadium visitors must enter their license plate number at the ticket machines. They can then pay by inserting a coin, debit or credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The ticket machines do not accept banknotes.

Signs with QR codes have been set up for contactless and cashless payment. After scanning the code, fans can also conveniently pay their parking fee with a credit card or Google Pay and Apple Pay by entering their license plate number.

Fans who would like to pay via the APCOA FLOW app are recommended to download it in advance. Payment here is also contactless and cashless by direct debit or credit card.

The parking fee can also be paid after the exit. A deadline of 24 hours (from the time of exit) must be observed. Payment can be made online via this link.
